- What: Community Forum: Zenith's Tar Sands Oil Expansion / NW Portland. The community event will supply background, climate justice impacts, health and safety risks, info on tar sands oil and ideas for public action on Zenith's oil terminal.
- Who: A variety of perspectives will be presented, including the unjust burdens of this project on communities of color, threats to human health and safety, increased oil-by-rail traffic and the public right to protect neighborhoods, air and water.
