DESCRIPTION:What Can We Do About The CEI Hub?\nIt is time for the 25th Rumble on the River Community Forum! Join us on September 25 to celebrate the 25th Rumble and learn more about what’s happened and what’s ahead with the ongoing CEI Hub Policy Project.  \nThe CEI Hub has been a recurring topic at Rumble forums over the years\, including the potential hazards of having 90 percent of Oregon’s fuel and a dangerous mix of chemicals stored within Portland’s city limits on a riverside seismic liquefaction zone. This is an opportunity to help Portland make the right changes in rules and regulations to deal with the dangerous and climate disrupting Critical Energy Infrastructure Hub. \nFor the last two years\, we have held community forums throughout Portland and surrounding areas.
