SUMMARY:CEI Hub Public Testimony
DESCRIPTION:We need you to speak up and tell the Portland City Council we must increase safety and reduce risks at the Critical Energy Infrastructure (CEI) Hub! \nThe CEI Hub is a six-mile stretch of dangerous fuel tanks located in Northwest Portland that nearly 90 percent of Oregon’s fuel passes through\, up to 350 million gallons. The tanks are owned by climate villains like Zenith Energy\, BP\, and Chevron. The tanks are unsafe for people\, the rivers\, Forest Park\, and wildlife. In 2025\, the City of Portland received a federal grant to create a policy to make the CEI Hub safer. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to make meaningful changes to increase CEI Hub safety and decrease risk. \nThe day for public testimony is September 24\, and we need all hands on deck.
