She was first elected in 2020 and was the first Vietnamese-American legislator in the Oregon State Legislature\, following her leadership as a founding organizer and spokesperson for the Portland Clean Energy Fund. While in the legislature\, Senator Pham has championed housing and transportation justice\, climate action\, immigrant rights\, and pro-democracy policies. In her free time\, she enjoys being in nature and playing with her daughter\, who inspires her to fight for a more just world and a livable future for all our families.\nGuillermo Rogel Jr. is a member of the policy team at Front and Centered\, working to advance the coalition’s legislative priorities. With a passion for education and advocacy\, Guillermo has spent the past ten years collaborating with multiple statewide coalitions and organizations to lobby for causes rooted in social\, racial\, and environmental justice. As the lobbyist representing Front and Centered\, Guillermo plays a pivotal role in educating lawmakers in Olympia about the urgent need to address climate change and invest in the well-being of those most affected by its impacts. Outside of the legislative world\, Guillermo finds joy in going to concerts\, playing tennis\, and supporting our local Seattle football teams (Reign FC\, Ballard FC\, and Salmon Bay FC).\nKelly Campbell brings more than 25 years of experience in environmental health and social justice advocacy to her role as policy director at Columbia Riverkeeper. She leads Riverkeeper’s Climate and Energy team\, developing policy strategies and advocating for the organization’s priorities at the local\, state\, and federal levels.
