Columbia Riverkeeper is submitting comments on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) draft study of thermal refuges in the lower mainstem Columbia River.
"Studying cold water refuges misses the point: EPA should make a plan (TMDL) to address the hot water crisis, and PNW elected officials should find solutions to the Snake River Dams that move our region forward together."
