Fight for baby salmon, petition Washington Department of Ecology

ACT: Stand up for salmon, orcas, and fishing!

Baby salmon traveling down the Columbia and Snake rivers need your help. Salmon survive better when they go over the dams’ spillways instead of through the turbines. Right now, Oregon and Washington are proposing new rules that would help more baby fish go over the dams’ spillways.

Can you support new measures to help salmon, orcas, and fisheries? If so, please attend the public hearing on the new rule:

  • WHAT: Washington Department of Ecology Public Hearing on New Rule to Protect Salmon
  • WHEN: September 16, 2019, at 1:30 p.m.
  • WHERE: WA State School for the Blind, Fries Auditorium (Old Main Bldg), 2214 East 13th Street, Vancouver, WA 98661

Can’t make it? Show your support by signing this petition to the Washington Department of Ecology.
