Join us in urging the Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE), the Oregon Energy Facility Siting Council (EFSC) and Governor Kate Brown to hold Perennial Wind Chaser Station, a fracked gas power plant proposed near Umatilla, OR, accountable for breaking Oregon’s rules and laws.
With ODOE’s blessing, Perennial embarked on the illegal construction of what will be one of the largest climate polluters in Oregon. This is unacceptable in the midst of a burgeoning climate crisis. ODOE and Governor Brown must take action to protect Oregon from Perennial’s headlong rush towards fracked gas pollution.
