Horsethief Lake is located on Highway 14 in Washington, 90 miles east of Portland. After buying a parking pass, you can meet us down by the river (near boat ramp) at a small parking area just before the railroad tracks. After vandalism in 1992, She Who Watches and the other petroglyphs are no longer open to unguided tours. We will take a short hike over uneven terrain to She Who Watches. After the tour participants can enjoy wine tasting at one of the nearby wineries. Registration is required and space is limited. Questions?
