In 2017, with your help, Portland voters overwhelmingly passed the Portland Clean Energy Fund (PCEF), an award-winning new policy that is generating a new program to assist Portland transition’s to clean energy. This month, the PCEF is seeking input on draft Guiding Principles for how the effort will move forward. The principles outlined will ensure that PCEF is justice-driven, accountable, community-powered, and focused on local benefits.
