Kayla Jones (she/her) is passionate about creating a workplace that is inclusive, equitable, and supportive of all staff, volunteers, and community partners. She works to ensure that everyone at Columbia Riverkeeper feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute to the mission of protecting the Columbia River and its surrounding ecosystem.

What inspires you to do this work?

My cultural heritage as a Native American has taught me the importance of interconnectedness – between people, land and water – and the responsibility to care for these relationships.
